Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP)
Convertible Structure Solutions, Tuskegee (CSST) has developed a revolutionary method of constructing high-quality, affordable housing. Our SIP utilizes an engineered SIP to create structures that are stronger, safer, and more environmentally superior to all others on the market.
CSST building products meet all universal building codes and contain 98% recycled content.
Our building products are assembled quickly and easily. They are environmentally friendly, fireproof, waterproof, and lightweight for rapid and convenient relocation. These unique features give CSST a distinct competitive advantage in the prefabricated construction industry. CSST building products are customized and manufactured to each client’s specifications.
CSST building products differ from conventional building products because they are environmentally friendly and less expensive than the competition. This enables green construction to be a viable, cost- effective option.
Our Panel Construction
CSST building products utilize the CerarMix® hard shell exterior and a proprietary bio-fiber or high-density foam core. This combination gives the panel its unparalleled strength and excellent R-values.
CerarMix® can be factory sprayed onto lightweight panels, creating a modular, lightweight, high-performance building system.
SIP panels are tintable to any color. Your choice of a flat, satin or gloss finish is impregnated throughout the composite.
This process creates a finished commercial building panel ready for installation. The SIP panels are then attached to the structure of the building with our welded ‘z’ clip fastener.

Our one-time application is guaranteed to last up to 70 years.
Coating of roof, ceilings, and walls increase human comfort against heat, sound, and pollutants.
CerarMix® reduces electricity consumption and the cost of maintaining air conditioning units.
